During this fantastic trekking tour we will climb on three beautiful volcanoes: Nemrut (3050 m.), Suphan (4058 m.) and Ararat (5137 m).
We will start our adventure in Van. Then we will climb Nemrut and Suphan mountains and enjoy a marvelous view of the Lake Van from their summits. In this way we will get necessary acclimatization before ascent to Mount Ararat - the highest peak of Turkey. Afterwards we will spend 3 days climbing Mount Ararat.
Trekking tour on three volcanoes is not only unforgettable adventure, but also great cultural experience. We will visit Urartian Castle from 9th century BC, Armenian Church of the Holy Cross located on Akdamar Island and stunning Ishak Pasha Palace, one of the most interesting Ottomans palaces.

Day 1: Sightseeing of Van area, transfer to Mount Nemrut
Meeting with your guide at the airport in Van, from where we will drive to visit beautiful Van Castle. From city centre we will drive to 33 km to ferry terminal and have short cruise to Akdamar Island on the Lake Van. We will see Church of The Holy Cross, an Armenian church built between 915 and 921 AD. After visiting Akdamar Island we will drive to campsite near the Nemrut Crater Lake.

Day 2: Hiking on Nemrut Caldera, transfer to Mount Suphan
After breakfast we will start our trek to the West side of the Crater Lake and climb to the summit of Mount Nemrut. After descent from the summit we will be transferred to Mount Suphan. We will pitch our tents on the campsite. Dinner and overnight there.
Day 3: Ascent to Suphan summit
After early breakfast we will start to ascent to the summit of Mount Suphan (4058 m), from where we will have breathtaking view of Van Lake and surroundings. After break for taking photos we will descent to campsite, for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Transfer to Dogubayazit, sightseeing
After breakfast we pack our things and drive to Dogubayazit, to a hotel, where we can take a shower a rest. Then we will have a lunch in city centre. Afterwards we can visit Ishak Pasha Palace (Ottoman's palace from 17th century, which is located 7 km from Dogubayazit). Rest of the afternoon is free.
Dinner and overnight in Dogubayazit.
Day 5: From Dogubayazit to Ararat Camp 1
After breakfast in hotel we will pack our equipment and drive to Cevirme Village, near to the foot of Mount Ararat. Porters will put our luggage on horses and we will start our trek to the Camp 1 (Base Camp) at 3200 m. On the camp we will eat lunch, drink hot tea and pitch our tents. Rest time and dinner.
Overnight at Camp 1.
Day 6: Ascent to Ararat Camp 2
We eat breakfast on the Camp 1, pack our equipment and start to ascent to Camp 2 located at 4200 m. Horses will carry our luggage to Camp 2. On the campsite we will eat lunch, pitch our tents and prepare our equipment for next day (ascent to the summit).

Day 7: Trekking to the summit of Ararat, return to Dogubayazit
After very early wake up we will eat small breakfast and start to climb to the top of Mount Ararat (5137 m). After reaching the summit and short break for taking photos we will start to descent to Camp 2, where we will have a rest, lunch and we will pack our things. After a rest we will continue descent to Camp 1 and later to Cevirme Village, where minibuses will wait for us. We will back to Dogubayazit, to the hotel.
Day 8: Transfer to the airport
In the morning we will have breakfast at the hotel. Then, depending on your departure time we will drop you to the airport in Van.
